This project is a group project in the LIS 615 Project Management course at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focused on improving the Starship autonomous food delivery system. Our goal is to address the existing issues in the service, such as slow delivery times, inaccurate delivery locations, and food freshness concerns. Through team discussions, we proposed several solutions, including adding more delivery locations, improving robot navigation with sound cues, and integrating features in the app like advanced booking and immediate feedback to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
